Happy Holidays

HOLIDAY PROGRAMS to ASSIST LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS

-------------------------------------------------------

Thanksgiving Turkey Basket Program
Private contributions help provide a complete Thanksgiving dinner basket for low
income families who cannot afford to provide Thanksgiving dinner for their families.

Eligibility Requirements

Without this program you would not have the resources to provide a traditional
Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings for your family and you are not signed up to
receive a turkey basket from other resources on Cape Cod, such as food pantries, social service
agencies, etc.  Please note: This program is based on the number of gift baskets donated
by the community.

-------------------------------------------------------

Make a Teen Happy
Private donations of winter clothing help make the holidays bright for teens
of low income parents by giving them the winter clothing stated on their wish list.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this program, you must have exhausted all other means for securing gifts
of clothing for your Teens (ages 13-18). Please note: This program is based on
sponsorship and the ability of the sponsor to provide the requests.
