HEALTH INSURANCE FOR 2018!
To be covered by February, you need to secure enrollment by January 23!

Does your current plan have a premium increase?
Need assistance finding a lower cost plan?

If you are uninsured and can qualify for a subsidy or have a qualifying event,
you can apply for health insurance anytime!

Get help from a Certified MA Health Connector Navigator who will:

- Answer your questions about Health Connector/MassHealth plans
- Assist you in completing and online application
- Help you choose a health or dental plan
- Find which hospitals or doctors are in different provider network plans
- Help you compare insurance plans through the open marketplace
