HELP IS AVAILABLE!

  •  If you are newly eligible for ConnectorCare Plans (subsidized public health insurance), or qualify for a Special Enrollment Period with a Qualifying Life Event, you can enroll at any time within 60 days of the event.
  • You can apply and enroll in MassHealth at any time during the year

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON US CITIZENS
If you are a noncitizen you may be eligible for MassHealth Standard (if pregnant), Limited, Childrens Medical Security Plan (CMSP), Health Safety Net (HSN) or Health Connector Plans.

MASS HEALTH MEMBERS: If you are in an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) or Managed Care Organization (MCO), When your Plan Selection Period has ended, You will be in your Fixed Enrollment Period. During your Fixed Enrollment Period, you will not be able to change your health plan until the next Plan Selection Period, except for certain reasons. MassHealth will send you a letter at the start of your Fixed Enrollment period that gives you more information.  If you have questions or need assistance in order to not have any health care interruptions, come see us.

- Assist you in completing and online application
- Help you choose a health or dental plan; Find which hospitals or doctors are in
